What's up with the series?

Hello all,

I'm using criticker for a while now (4-5 years) and some of the best movies I've seen in my life, I discovered here on criticker. I'm absolutely thankful that this site exist, thankful to the people behind the site and thankful to all people who financial support this awesome website. A website purely based on movies for movie geeks like me.

This exclusivity distinguish criticker from other mainstream websites like rotten tomatoes, metacritic, ... who have multiple focuses (music, games, movies, series, ...). So it saddens me to see, that criticker is following the same way as previous mentioned websites. An increase of series that's been added to the 'movie' database is annoying me. On top of the website it still says criticker: film recommendation & community. Now series like game of thrones are popping into my list. There is no difference between movies and series anymore since they all being added to one big pool. Why do you allow people to add series? Why don't you make two separate pools so that I can choose if I am searching for movies or for series. I just don't get it why it's all being added to a movie database?

There is a way to filter TV Shows out of your search results. Under "Release Type" you can choose to search for only films, shorts, mini-series, TV series, etc.

Perhaps this could be something you could turn off, like Adult content.

Thanks all for the info. That really helped me!
I'm sad to see what's happening to the database, even 'adult' (porn) movies are now included.
Since I got my archive on here I guess I'm kind of stuck and there are no other websites.
