Movie about a japanese homeless mute girl and an old man

Hello,
I am searching for a movie I watched some months ago on TV.
It was about an old man and a homeless mute Japanese girl.
The old man went to Japan (in Tokyo, I think), to visit his son who was working there.
The mornings when the son was at work, the old man went out for a walk and he met the girl. The girl was going everyday in a park dressed like a geisha with an umbrella and they met several times, until he found out that she was homeless. She was also carrying a suitcase with her clothes in it and she was living in a tent.
Unfortunately I can't remember more, I hope someone could help me find the title.
