From a scary tv show?

I think this was an episode of a tv show. A man is in a radio booth, and is yelling into a microphone. A voice says “you are already in hell!” He holds up his hands and they have turned into hooves. His silouhette shows that he is sprouting horns. The voice tells him what to expect, and one of these things is “there is blood on the clock, you’ll see that everyday.”
