This is from a sitcom in the 90s. A woman watches the news and it is showing the Serbian wars. She makes a phone call and tells the man on the other end that this needs to stop. I think the man is supposed to be Slobodon Milosevic. He says he’ll stop if she’ll give him her number. She says no. He tells an assistant to get the missiles that Yeltsin had given him for his birthday. None of her friends believe that she is seriously talking to the leader on the other end.
