Horror movie from 2000s

The main thing I remember about the movie is that it begins with a woman going out somewhere alone, I think she was at a train station, the lights go out and when you see her again she has scratches over her face. After that if I remember correctly the woman stays at home and is afraid to go out. I know it’s vague but I was young and didn’t watch the rest of the movie after that. I think it had “ghost” in the title of the film but I could be wrong
