Comedy from 90s maybe

I think the premise of the film was two old guys trying to find girlfriends.
They had a conversation in the park, one was eating something (possbily a burrito). The conversation was something like "you eat one of those every day?" "no I don't, I eat TWO every day"'
I remember also a fed-ex woman delivering a parcel and one of the guys deciding to open the door wearing nothing (and the woman threatening to call the police).
