Movie that shows jars containing cyclones where whatever affects one affects all

I don't know the year of film or television show but recently on YouTube saw a familiar clip which showed someone doing a demonstration where each of these glass containers which contained mini cyclones that whatever was done to the one out side the container also effected the others. Before I could ask the poster what it was from it got pulled and only a frown shows when you click the link so no way to ask.
