Funny interrupted sex scene

This movie could be released about 1997 - 2000.
It's rating is probably PG-13.
I saw it on HBO.
I remember only a funny scene.

A man and a woman want to have sex.
There is a dialog between them. Something like this:
- I've done this such a long time ago.
- Me too.

The woman was blond, pretty, maybe in her 30's if I remember well, and she wore a skirt with black knee-high boots.

They starting to "play" with each other on a sofa, and then an alarm or some annoying noise interrupts them. Then the woman says in a funny voice something like: "What the hell is that?"

Could somebody help please?

I searched diligently for female movie characters who have wore black knee-high boots and came up empty. Was the movie a comedy per se. or some other genre?
