Hi I remember I watched this movie years ago on TV it was about a good rich blonde girl and a bad boy with kinda long dark hair I remember their relationship was toxic and maybe she was doing drugs or started because of him or not I'm not sure but I remember the ending she died and he was crying at the beach and punching the water.
