1001 TV Series You Must Watch

Post by KasperL »

I've been submitting titles for this one for a long time, and now it's finally done. Yay!

I've only seen 76 of these myself, and my top 3 favorite shows are:
Lost
The Thick of It
The Wire
(Special mention: Scenes From a Marriage)

What's yours? :)

Nice list, and makes me realize how many shows I've never rated that I've watched. Also, just a couple quick notes:

7 Up is included in there, but that's a documentary film; was that an error?

Perfect Strangers is also on there, but I assume it's meant to be to the 80s sitcom, not the 2000s miniseries.

There are other questionable inclusions. Mike Leigh's Abigail's Party is in, I guess because it was, like other Leigh films, originally part of the anthology series Play for Today, but it's the only entry included. I don't know how the original authors justified their selections but that seems like some booshit
