Haven't seen it yet, but that's from Frank (2014).

The specific frame seemed really really familiar so I thought I had seen the film. It seemed like a British film based on the countryside, and after a few false starts Frank sprung to mind as I've been close to watching it a few times recently. I remember seeing the trailer and reading a few previews/reviews around the time of release and there was something about the clothing style in the trailer that stuck in my mind. Possibly just because I knew some friends who dressed like that in college a few years back (hippy hats with long tassles) and knowing that Frank was about a band made the recording equipment seem plausible. I did a google search to try and find someone wearing the same hat, but instead found this ...

That site isn't familiar to me, but I think I probably read a similar preview which included the same images around the time and as I say that picture seemed to stick in my mind which enabled me to recall it.

EDIT: While it looks like I'm talking to myself, someone asked me how I could know it without seeing it, but that post is now gone for some reason.
