Guess the movie from the image

Looks like a very young Danny Trejo. Can't think of any movie I've seen that matches this image so based on his filmog I'll try Maniac Cop 2

Ok so this thread had really confused me as I knew I recognised the actress in the second image but couldn't quite place her. Then it came to me that it's Claudia Christian (I knew her from Bab 5) so I looked up her filmog and she is in Maniac Cop 2 along with Danny Trejo ..... but that was my last guess which was wrong ....

... turns out they were both in another movie together a few years previous called 'The Hidden' and Danny played a 'prisoner' so a lot of leg work later I figure I must have cracked it!
