Guess the movie from the image

I have no idea, but that last pic just reminds me of a late 70s early 80s cheesy horror with some of the expressions. As they are all looking up the threat is something big, so i'm thinking something like Attack of the Killer Tomatoes? it actually does have over 500 ratings

So it's 1984, sci-fi, and definitely cheesy. From the looks of the extras, I'm thinking at least somewhat intentionally. It looks like it has possibly alien invasion going on? Some possible candidates are The Last Starfighter, Starman, and The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension! Of those three, I've only seen The Last Starfighter and I remember it's cheesy as hell, but not much more than that. I feel like Starman wouldn't look this shitty and Buckaroo Banzai would probably look more purely comedic? So I'll guess The Last Starfighter.

YES! and I was about to leave the arcade game picture from near the start of the movie, which would have likely made it easy for even those who haven't seen it.
