I haven't seen Love Exposure, but what you describe can be seen in Enter the Void. I don't recommend (you) checking it out, though.

It's much weirder than that. Even during its first two hours. But yes, the film is absolutely amazing.

I imagine you as somewhat innocent. I think it's the frequent use of the smilies. Gaspar Noe movies can't be unseen. Don't say you haven't been warned!
