ok, I count this as 114+115.
116. actors reacting/moving too early (before explosion, before getting slapped, before sound cue etc. ...)
117. miracle recoveries in hand-to-hand combat: one man gets beaten so badly that he is slow, reeling and almost losing consciousness, but then out of nowhere he can react blazingly fast again thereby shifting the momentum and gaining the upper hand.
118. covering one's own mouth to prevent oneself from screaming (as if that's gonna help).
Case in point: Don't Breathe (2016)
119. and losing your GPS signal (preferably along with cell phone signal ... case in point)

120. flashing emergency lights to create suspension when otherwise there isn't
121. flashing emergency lights that distract you and handicap your orientation (very useful in an emergency)

122. Documentaries where it's obvious the cameraman could help but they're just sitting there trying to get a good shot instead.

123. Not going to the cops, because "he will kill her" (and we'll surely do a lot better job than trained policemen).

Not sure if any of these have been covered, but-
124. Characters talking whilst chomping away on some food. Disgusting and I can't hear what they're saying!
125. Victim points a gun at the baddie and is talked out of shooting by said baddie who tells them they don't have the guts to kill them. Puts the gun down shaking and crying (would love it if they shot them in the foot or something instead!)
126. Somebody picks up a gun and at the last minute finds out the cartridge has been removed
