Modifications

I don't know if this is a feature or not.
But, recently, I've started updating some posters on the site, since they weren't really posters. I also edited some summaries that exceeded the character limit.
However, unlike submissions, I don't think there is history for this. So I was wondering if it were possible to add Modifications to each user's profile page. It's kind of getting hard to keep track of what I did and what I didn't update. That way we can see the titles they've modified (be it adding an AKA, a poster, the year, etc.)
