Unseen account?

So, some high ranked TCIs of mine are not showing up. It says we have no ratings in common when that is not the case, since the "Your Films in Common" section shows three times the minimum amount for TCIs on my end.
Furthermore, the accounts ratings seem to have vanished if you don't look at their profile page (i.e. they are not on titles but are present on their profiles).
