Yearly supporting membership expired after 1 month

At the start of July I renewed my supporting membership because my previous one had expired.



Then at the end of the month I received this email:



My account is back to being a normal account: "Become a supporting member" message, can't access stats page, etc. Could I have my membership restored, please?

Oh man!! I don't know what happened there, but I do see it.

I've just reset your account to sponsorship status, and gave it an extra couple months, to say "sorry" for the mistake! You're good through August 30, 2021! Thanks so much for supporting the site ... we seriously couldn't do it without users like you!
