I can't add an actor to my list of favorite actors

When I go to an actor's page and click on "Add to your favorite: Actors", the page seems to refresh but nothing else happens. The actor doesn't get added to my list of favorite actors. I tested multiple different actors. The result was the same each time: they weren't added to my list of favorite actors.

Please let me know if you need more info from me on this.
