Alphabetical glitch
I noticed when browsing a movie called "Die Bad" was in the middle of the B's when sorted alphabetically. I then looked at the master list and there is the same issue with a film called "Die Bademeister - Weiber, saufen, Leben retten" which in the case Die does mean The, maybe th...

Re: #1000 Among All Your TCIs
My 1000th right now is waitsup with a 2.0280 and a 15% minimum I don't know if people realized though that the end of the list is very fickle, the top 1,000 is saved data that might be missing some TCI's or need to be recalculated. Originally I didn't even have a 1000th and my 999th was 2.3.. someth...

Re: Education for directors -- required or optional?
A lot of actors that go into directing I don't believe ever attended film school. And I think there are other cases of someone with no film school become a special effects guy or animator or editor for years and then getting a chance to direct like Hal Ashby. Re: Which director have you seen the most films by?
There are only seven directors where I've seen more than 10 or more of their films and two of them really only ever did shorts. First place is a tie. Chuck Jones [18] (All shorts) Steven Speilberg [18] Tim Burton [14] Don Bluth [12] Koji Yamamura [12] (All shorts) Robert Zemeckis [11] Chris Columbus...

Re: Best horror movies of the last ten years
I included 2002, I had only seen two 2012 feature films so when you say last ten years I think 2002-2011, but then I realized one of those two actually is tagged with horror (ParaNorman) though I don't agree with that label. I saw 72 '"horror" films between 2002-2012, 68 excluding shorts a...
