My Tier 4 is around the 60 mark, but that's because I try to prioritise watching movies that are generally well-regarded, and because I'm pretty easily entertained. I don't really mind the skew though.

I saw that, but no name was given, French with subtitles, 1959. Not saying anything about the quality of the performance, but it would have to be in the at least semi-obscure category offered up as a "most famous" child performance in world cinema history?--which is a hell of a statement ...

Three of those first 4 were well into their teens, especially Schwartzman (18) and Bradley (17). Breslin & Portman for me definitely.


Schwartzman was 17 when they filmed it. Bell was only 13. A child is anyone under the age of 18, so I don't see why they shouldn't count.
