Saw a scifi movie as a kid that I think had something to do with an alternate earth.
The only scene I remember was a guy gave a girl from the other planet a glass of tap water, and she asked if he was trying to get her drunk. Then he gave he a glass of some alcoholic beverage [whiskey?] and she acted like it was water.

Anyone know this movie?
