an agent movie

a few years ago a friend of mine was watching a movie while i was doing something else. the only thing that i remember from the movie was an agent i suppose was taken from his mission and he gets really angry yelling "i was learning finnish for 4 years for this mission", i think this movie belongs to 2000's. that's all i remember and i really want to know which movie is that so if you can help me i will be appreciated
