Cartoon movie I Can't remember?

Some detail I know is that a girl [(gets left by her parents around Christmas time) - I think that was it] Then she gets shrunk with her toys? And now shes in a magical kingdom ruled by a king mouse I believed. I remember her on a boat and the river was cheese. At the end she is backed to normal and opens the door and see this guy. There was a mistletoe and they kissed by the doorway. Thats all I remember. I know for sure its not The Nutcracker Prince.
