TV show or movie similar to IT crowd but older

Hi,

I can't remember name of a TV show or movie about nerds similar to IT crowd but older.

I think it was about an IT department situated in the basement. There is a guy always wearing sunglasses. When a new female collegue asks him to take them down he does it and we see he has another sunglasses under them.

I am sure it was not IT crowd, not Office. Maybe it was british and I can't say any famous actor was there. Years between 1995 - 2005 I think
