Duplicated collections
There are currently several duplicated collections. For example, there are 2 "James Bond" collections and 3 "Criterion Collection" collections. Both are public collections. I'm not sure where the responsibility to fix this lies, other than with those who create the collections. But it seems like it may be a common occurrence that needs some way of being efficiently addressed. Thanks.

Our intention with collections is to allow the existence of duplicates. In the case of public collections like "James Bond", this might not make much sense. But for something like "Best Sex Scenes", it certainly does. Perhaps you totally disagree with films in the "sex scenes" collection moderated by UserX, but you have the ability to create and moderate your own.
We definitely encourage, though, contact among members. If you see that someone has created a collection (like James Bond) which is identical to yours, you should feel free to contact them and point it out. Of course, if they'd rather not delete their collection, that's entirely in their right. But, they'd likely be willing to do so.
