I agree. "Masterpiece" is the word I use for my 100's (90-99 Superb, 80-89 Outstanding).

i give a mark out of 94 for the movie then roll a dice for the other 6

I first try and give it about a ballpark of how objectively good it is (which can be quite difficult), and then my subjective views about the movie can lower/raise the mark a bit. I would find that just subjective reviews of an art form such as cinema would be a poor idea, as one could rate a relatively entertaining but artistically shallow movie as high as a movie that is nearly transcendent of the art form.
