Easily one of my top films of 2016, never even noticed that detail from the first pics when I watched it, the 3rd pic looked real familiar and the 4th with the actor nailed it.

Yes metalhank, what a great film!
There are shrubs everywhere, but that particular metaphor reappears at the very end. I was absolutely fascinated by that scene. The plant withers as he enters his front yard - and we know how it all ends...
