(500) Days of Summer
Almost Famous
Avatar
Before the Devil Knows You're Dead
Black Swan
Easy A
Grease
Inside
Precious
Wanted
Wayne's World

There are others among my bottom-tier rankings that are generally liked, but these are the standouts, meaning that the level of praise they've received in spite of how abysmal they are is particularly notable.

Anything in my Tier 1 is rated 20/100 or lower. The majority of reviews for these films seem to be positive.

Anchorman
Casablanca
The Incredibles
Napoleon Dynamite
Pretty Woman
Saturday Night Fever
Titanic
Chicago
Dirty Dancing
The Rocky Horror Picture Show

My tier 1 is from 37/100 and down. These are the movies that I would say are generally liked (let's say movies with an above 70 PSI for me):
Fargo (35)
Borat (33)
Burn After Reading (27)
Groundhog Day (25)

That's about it but there a few movies that came close (to the 70 mark for PSI), like Napoleon Dynamite, Shaolin Soccer, 1408.

Only 1 movie:
The Invention of Lying (PSI:61)

In my Tier 2 and 3 however, there are a little bit more. Too lazy to look over my rankings but the movies that come to mind:
Four Lions
Tropic Thunder

Comes naturally.

Amadeus 1 10 9
Singin' in the Rain 1 10 9
Killing Fields, The 1 9 8
Carlito's Way 1 9 8
Braveheart 2 10 8
Iron Man 1 9 8
Anatomy of a Murder 2 10 8
Incredibles, The 2 10 8
Exorcist, The 2 10 8
Casino 2 10 8
Terminator, The 2 10 8
Dark City 1 8 7
History of Violence, A 1 8 7

Garden State and American Beauty are my back away slowly films.

The widely favourable reception to Amadeus means I hate everyone. But in a very loving way.

Wow there's a lot of people with weird films in Tier 1. I can only assume few of you have actually ever seen more than like 3 genuinely bad films.

Only ones in my tier 1 that seem to be considered any more than marginally acceptable by anyone else are Dreamgirls and Spaceballs.

Beyonce sucks, and Spaceballs just isn't funny. Probably find more if I looked in tiers 2 and 3 but that's only to be expected. I like to reserve tier 1, which is for me pretty exactly ratings below 10/100, for films that are actually lacking in any form of quality.

Taste sure is a weird thing, huh?

Not that I disagree with you on what tier 1 should be for (Saw, Natural Born Killers, and The Idiots are the ones in mine that people have ranked at least somewhat positively), but sometimes you just disagree with popular or critical opinion, and that's fine. Those differences define us more than what we agree with.
