Does anyone know a way (e.g. website) to get (mail-) notifications when a new movie from a certain director or actor is released?

Thanks, that's a start. I will test it to see if it is working without producing too much irrelvant results. I could imagine that the results become an avalanche once a new movie is released. The search term I'm using now is: "name_of_the_director new movie premiere". Does anyone know a better one?
Of course I'm still looking for something more movie specific.
