Add ability to search for people using IMDb's nm number

Is it possible to add the ability to search for people using IMDb's nm number just like how a user can search for a movie using IMDb's tt number?

For example, if I search for "tt0796366" it will find Star Trek (2009) on the search result page.

But if I click to search "people" instead of "films," then search for "nm1517976", the search engine won't find Chris Pine.

Thanks for suggesting that! Being able to search that way would make a lot of sense. I've gone ahead and added this to our list of future enhancements.
