Middle click paste does not trigger submit

Post by TonythePony »

When pasting a score with middle click in firefox the submit box does not appear. Pressing enter (or a number) is required. Ctrl + v works, but it is much easier when transposing scores to stick with the mouse.

Not sure whether the same problem occurs with Linux middle click paste.

edit: meant to add that "enter" does not submit the score, but maybe that's intentional. In the above scenario it's just a frustration that I cannot hit enter twice to submit.

Hmm... this is probably because of "key up" functionality that depends on some sort of keyboard interaction.

We'll take a look on making this more intelligent.

Okay, pasting into the text field should now work ... in most web browsers. IE doesn't yet support the javascript needed for this, without a complicated work around. As long as you're using Firefox, Opera or Chrome, the submit button should appear after a paste.
