Good day everyone,
I'm trying to rate this movie : https://www.criticker.com/film/Charlott ... Charlotte/ but the page doesn't show up.
Instead I have the following error message :
Problem Detected
Error Message: substr(): Argument #2 ($offset) must be of type int, string given
/home/critic/public_html/include/critic_functions.php - 1046
Administrators have been notified, but if the error persists, please send a message to support@criticker.com
I think the issue might come from the ":" in the title : https://www.criticker.com/?search=Slut+ ... type=films
Cheers

This one should be fixed now!! Could you try again, and let us know if you're still running into any issues?

Having the same problem when trying to filter the database too. shows the message "iv id='i_forumlink'>" at the top
clearing cookies/cache is fixing all of these problems for me, not sure if permanently though.

i still have to clear cookies at least once per day to stop this from happening. all film pages will suddenly start showing up blank until cookies are cleared.AFlickering wrote: ↑Sun Dec 25, 2022 11:21 pmhttps://www.criticker.com/film/Thunder-Road/ isn't showing either:

still happening pretty much daily, any page takes forever to load in a glitched form with an error message, rendering the site unusable until i've cleared cookies.AFlickering wrote: ↑Fri Dec 30, 2022 11:20 pmi still have to clear cookies at least once per day to stop this from happening. all film pages will suddenly start showing up blank until cookies are cleared.AFlickering wrote: ↑Sun Dec 25, 2022 11:21 pmhttps://www.criticker.com/film/Thunder-Road/ isn't showing either:

Re: Page won't show
Does it still misbehave after clearing your cache?
All the pages load for me, so the next time it happens, could you send details to support@criticker.com, with the link you're trying to load and the time? I'm wondering if this is happening at a particular hour.
Thanks!!

Re: Page won't show
I have similar problems to the ones reported in this thread. When it happens to me, it seems like Criticker just breaks (in the sense that pages load very slow, and that the page doesn't load properly, and it normally happens after I try to use the search function [although I normally navigate around using the search function so this may not actually be a part of the issue]) for about 5-10 minutes or so, then after that it works just fine. Normally if I see this issue happening, I just stop using Criticker for a few minutes then try again after a few minutes. This can happen 3+ times per day. I'll clear my cache and will keep an eye out for the problem as well so I can email if it happens to me again. Just making a comment here so I can link this comment if I send in an email since I am not the OP.
Edit:
Just to be clear, when the issue happens to me, the problem goes away on its own without me having to take any action. All I have to do is wait a few minutes. I can't remember the last time I cleared my cache for this site, so just wanted to clarify that the problem fixes itself for me despite the fact that I don't clear cache while waiting it out.
