Just noticed my best TCI's start with the numbers 14,16,17 and up.
Before my closest TCI's hovered around 1.5 and 2.
Don't know if these new numbers are normal or a bug?

Yep, this is a bug affecting some users. Any newly generated TCIs should be in that 15+ range, rather than the very low one, because we're now averaging "percentiles" (which range 0-99) rather than "tiers" (range 1-10). We're currently in the midst of going through the affected users and updating all their TCIs, so your account should look correct soon!

Any idea when this will happen? I suspect this is the same reason all my PSIs are out of whack.
At the moment the site's core functionality is unusable to me.

We took a look at your account, and it does seem like your TCIs are correct now. Your top TCI is at 14.7657, which is a normal (and quite good) percentile-based TCI.
And when I look at your PSI list, I see plenty that are quite high. I regenerated a batch for you at random, and saw that, for example, Imitation of Life had a PSI of 90.
That said, you're such a long-term user of the site and know how it works, so my suspicion is that I'm missing something, instead of the other way around. This seems to be a particular issue to your account, so it might be best to take the discussion off-line. Would you be able to take some screenshots of examples where something is clearly not right, and send that to support@criticker.com?
The problem with regenerated PSIs being out-of-order is something we have reproduced, and we'll get fixed soon!
