Make New Lists default to "Public"

When you make a list on here, it currently defaults to collaborative. This means that some people will, without realising make lists they don't mean others to contribute to as Collaborative.

It also has the indirect impact of distorting "Similar Titles" in some cases as these types of lists tend to be favourite lists.

Should new collections default to private instead of public or collaborative? I have to scroll through so many collections on here that seem like they were intended as private.

Private might be better than public.

But collaborative seems like the worst default option imo.
