Spinal Breakers is a arcade shoot'em up. The story of the game is that in the near future humans have created artificial zombie slaves, called hildroids. After a nuclear blast the hildroid evolve, gain consciousness and start revolting. Somehow the hildroids manage to travel through time and infect past civilisations.
