The Punisher: The Ultimate Payback!

The player controls Frank Castle (the Punisher character) from an over-the-shoulder third-person perspective through various New York City locations, shooting thugs and battling enemies such as Hitman, Colonel Kliegg, Sijo Kanaka, and Assassin as bosses.
