Saw an add for a new horror movie...

Hi all, 1st ever post on this site.

Was watching telly the other day and saw an add for a new/ upcoming horror movie.

*Plot*
A man starts to notice an odd "figure" in some photos of his son and starts some research. Turns out this image has been seen in pictures and paintings that date back a long time ago.

He finds out that the "figure" draws on the power from people and has some thing about killing kids (ugh, I know) so he starts to fear for his son's safety.

Poop hits the fan and the thing gets out, is seen dragging an axe.

I did not catch the name and an extensive Google search has not revealed anything that looks like it. Any help would be MUCH-ly appreciated.

For what looks like a very generic, played-out horror plot, that was a well-cut, nifty green band trailer.
