It's older, and the aspect ratio of the screenshot is correct, so it couldn't be Manchurian Candidate.

So, I'm pretty sure that's a Foot Locker store in the third image, and a Gap store in the background of the fourth, but none of my detective work was able to come up with anything. The flat screen computer monitor in the first image means the film can not be from any earlier than 1997, though most likely 2002 or later. Filmed somewhere in Canada or the United States, I'm guessing Los Angeles by the foliage and architectural style of the strip mall in the fourth image that's vaguely reminiscent of Spanish colonial, but I could be wrong.
