Other database filters not working

On the games side:

1. Clicking on a Developer or Publisher from a game's information section results in default view of the entire database (no filters, ordered by title)
2. Setting a Platform filter in the Browse Games database view is ignored. A Saved Filter that included a Platform filter(s) will drop those filter(s).
