Looks like Kevin McNally from POTC so with the german word on the screen there I'm taking a shot at Valkyrie (2008) though I don't really remember that scene at all.

Honestly that's a surprise! Each time I looked at it, I kept seeing the guy from Pirates, so I looked him up and when I saw he was in Valkyrie and there was a german word on screen it was about as good as I was going to get, but I didn't think it was right!

Anyway, lets see if people can recognise this one ...
