Also want to chime in to express my appreciation for the new design. Eliminating white-space is always a big win as well.

In the new rating cards, whenever I click the "Edit rating" button that pops up a new window in the middle of the screen to edit the rating, I used to be able to move my mouse over the rating box then mouse wheel scroll up or scroll down to increase or decrease the number in the rating box. Now mouse wheel does nothing. I'm not sure if this is just me or not, since my mouse wheel was broken in an unrelated way recently.

Hmm... we haven't changed the functionality of that input box at all, so it's odd that it would stop working. Maybe it is your mouse? I have tested that the "up" and "down" arrows still work to change the number, which I think would correlate to that mouse button. But again, we haven't changed this bit of functionality at all.

Ignored Users in PSI Calculations - A stubborn bug that keeps reappearing for sponsors; hopefully squashed for good, this time!
It still reigns havoc on my PSIs.
