There are too many... But I guess I'm most embarrassed of not seeing 'The Godfather'.

Casablanca probably :/ Not sure why I haven't seen it..I'll get around to it eventually
Also and not to the same degree, Alien and Blade Runner.

Blade Runner > Casablanca
Re: movie youre most embarrassed at having not seen
It's not so much embarassment, but more dissapointment that I haven't got around to seeing quite a few great films yet. A Clockwork Orange is what I'm aiming to watch next, when I find the time.
There are quite a few Hitchcock films I haven't seen either, including more which I haven't around to ranking on here yet.

I'm most embarrassed about not having seen Citizen Kane. I have to admit, I'm somewhat intimidated by it, what with all its accolades.

The Godfather pt. II.
I haven't seen any Bergman or Fellini either. Not sure why I've just been putting them off.

People who haven't seen A Clockwork Orange/Citizen Kane: go see it. Right now.
And you can't say that Blade Runner is better than Casablanca... It's a great film, sure, but it's Casablanca. Then again, I might sound a bit hypocrite - I've seen it about two years ago when I understood nothing about films or life at all, so I didn't much enjoy it; still, looking back at it now it does seem quite a must-see. Man, if I wasn't on my way to rent 'No Country for Old Men' I'd watch Casablanca right now.
