The final major revision to Asuka 120% BURNING Fest. (and the only one released after the bankruptcy of the series' original studio Fill-in-Cafe), Final overhauled the series' gameplay mechanics (including a new Medium Attack and a new gauge) while featuring a new cast of voice actors. It was also ported to the PC as Asuka 120% Return: BURNING Fest. RETURN in Japan on September 24, 1999.
