The Invisible Man
The Invisible Man (2020)
AFlickering rated it 3 and wrote:
"cool use of neg space, but a film by a dude who worships at the altar of macho genre fare (the prison scene is more MGS than T2 btw) shouldn't pretend to align itself with the prey. whannell is smitten with big dick technology from lenses to guns, far more interested in staging cool freaky action set pieces than drama or humanity (which he sucks at), but for some reason he thinks he has something to say on gender dynamics and trauma and gazes. in reality, he's wannabe verhoeven at best."
