Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe

Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe is another game in the city-building series by HipSoft. As in previous releases, the primary objective is to construct a variety of buildings, but this time in Europe. The player goes from city to city all over, where every place has a set of goals that must be accomplished before time runs out.
