While the gameplay won't blow anyone away, it was essentially an excuse to tell future dystopian philosophical character stories with a neon, cyberpunk backdrop. And some of those stories resonate strongly and have excellent commentary. As more of a visual novel with driving sections, the aesthetics and thought-provoking writing made for a solid indie gem.

It's got great vision but it feels unfinished. Everything outside of the driving lacks polish; in particular the writing/performances are below average quality.

Sometimes, i don't get software developers. You build an open world brimming with style, atmosphere and potential. And then you put nothing in it. Du'dum.
