The third title, or main revision, of the long-running Dungeons & Dragons Online MMORPG series which first started in 2006 with Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach. This version introduces commercial expansion packs but retains the free-to-play model introduced in the 2009 version combining free players, premium players, and subscribers. The introduction of the Forgotten Realms campaign means that players can mix content from it and the Eberron campaigns for the ultimate experience.
