Fallout: Pip-Boy

A companion app for Fallout 4. It allows players for both PC and consoles to use a smartphone or tablet while playing as the real Pip-Boy in the game with the same functionality. It can be used both offline and online. To use it during gameplay it needs to connect to the game while both the device and the game are online and on the same network. Once connected, actions done on the Pip-Boy done on the device immediately translate to the game world on the other system. (mobygames.com)
