High Strangeness

It has a cool gimmick (switching between 16-bit and 8-bit), but it's a deeply flawed game. For every good idea it has, there's a bad one, and it doesn't go deep enough with any of the mechanics to make it truly great. 8-bit isn't as fun as 16-bit, it's an easy game, the puzzles aren't that clever, the AI is simplistic, the story is decent, the music is inconsistent, the visuals are pretty cool. Despite how negative I seem, it's still a fun experience.
